Room rates vary from $80 to $95 per night, double occupancy plus taxes. An extra adult in room is $15.00 plus tax; children 3-12, $10.00 each plus tax. A reservation is secured with a Master Card or Visa credit card number or a check in the amount of 50% of your stay. If cancellation is 10 days or less prior to arrival, payment in full will be charged unless the room is re-booked. A cancellation of more than 10 days in advance to arrival will not be charged or the check amount will be refunded. A $10 service fee will be retained with each cancellation.

Discount of 10% applies after the second night. Two or three-night minimum on certain weekends and holidays may apply.

The entire reservation payment will be charged for early departures or for guests who do not arrive on reserved date.

Please let us know in advance if you have a special diet, any food allergies, or specific comfort requests so we may do our best to accommodate you.

The guest bedrooms and common rooms are air conditioned for your comfort. Each guest room and the Den have a TV with basic cable connections. Coffee and tea are available earlier than breakfast time on the first floor. An information rack has brochures of the shopping, attractions and restaurants in Lancaster County. There is a parking area located in the rear of the Inn and you enter through the front entrance. We have a storage area for bicycles.

There is a small refrigerator located on the guest room floor that has beverages and can be used by guests.

Check-in time is 4 pm to 6 pm or by special arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
