Walnut Lawn
A lovely place so warm and neat
Nestled tween the corn and wheat
A welcome place with bedroom suites
The owners there are kind and sweet
Has a little church across the street
The rounded porch a special treat
When friends are gathered round
A horse and buggy trots on by
With folks inside his head held high
And as you gaze upon the sky
The clouds on blue they catch your eye
The flowers bloom with beauty's flair
The chill of autumn in the air
The colors rich with harvests flair
It feels like home when you stay there
