Walnut Lawn Bed and Breakfast Policies
- Please arrive for check-in between the hours of 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you would like to request flexibility in check-in times, please call to book your room.
- Check-out is by 10:30 a.m.
- A reservation is secured with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card
- A $10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is charged on all reservations. The balance of payment for your stay can be made with a credit card or cash at the time of check in
- All rates are based on double occupancy
- Rates are subject to a 6% PA sales tax and 1.1% hotel tax.
- No unregistered guests are allowed on the property.
- Smoking and vaping is permitted minimum 40 feet from the house or out-buildings.
- No pets are permitted.
- No children under age 16 are permitted.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing or by calling. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed.
- If cancellation is 5 days or less prior to the expected date of arrival, payment in full will be charged.
- Failure to check in on the expected arrival date is considered a cancellation and the credit card used to secure the reservation will be charged in full
- Early departures from the expected check out date will not be discounted, refunded, or prorated
- No candles/incense/etc. are permitted to be burned on the property
- A $400 cleaning fee may be charged at the discretion of the innkeeper following disrepair or disrespect of the property or policies
- Due to limited parking, only 1 vehicle is permitted per guest room rented
